Concise– Answering questions: most people expect your response to be equal to the average TV soundbite, 20 seconds! Don’t prepare two to three minute responses or tell more than the Need to Know points unless asked.

Cement the connection – Steve Jobs used simple, everyday words that others quickly understood.

Creative – Make your point clearer & more memorable with brief analogies and benefits-to-them-stories with statistics about the impact of this issue.

Copy and Paste – Break through the communication chaos each person is exposed to each day by using a theme throughout the talk or explaining your idea using various Supports.

Clear – Explain and get to the point quickly. Speak in their language.  Decide ahead which points you will elevate with Voice Variety.
